PROFILE
The Quacquarini Lanfranco Agricultural Company, thanks to the experience gained over time, both in the cultivation of the vine and in the art of the cellar, can rightly boast the merit of being among the leading companies in the area. The family-run company started its business around the 1950s with Lanfranco’s father, Raffaele, who recognized Vernaccia as an excellent wine that needed to be made known and in 1960 he began its production and sale. 2010 marked the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the winery. The company has an area of 60 hectares, of which 12 are specialized vines. The vine is elevated in contained forms (Guyot) with a load of 8-10 buds so as to guarantee a production that fluctuates around 4 kg/vine. The use of normal cultivation techniques, in compliance with the regulations governing biological control, to which are added advanced cellar technologies, allow the integrity and originality of this red sparkling wine to be enhanced.
