PROFILE
Although small in size, it has been designed and built according to architectural and technological standards of large modern cellars.
In the back and upper part, we have the grape reception area, where from the piss-spout the grapes go directly into the ferments placed at the lower level by fall. From this processing area, after fermentation in modern stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, the wines go into the barrel for aging in small and medium-sized barrels of selected French oak.
Red conero vineyard:
It is located in a hilly area with an excellent slope and an ideal exposure to the south, on a medium-plump tending to be clayey, ideal for the cultivation of the Montepulciano grape variety.We keep the soil ungrassed without using any herbicides.For the treatments we essentially use copper and sulfur, with dosages reduced to a minimum.
