On the hills around Potenza Picenza stands Villa Buonaccorsi, a splendid eighteenth-century villa that was the summer residence of a powerful family from the Macera.

Fascinating and suggestive are undoubtedly the interiors of the villa, which develop into sumptuously decorated living rooms. But the peculiar aspect of this villa is undoubtedly the Garden Park.

The Villa’s gardens are divided into five terraces of different styles connected by a staircase. You can treat yourself to an afternoon with an almost fairytale flavor by walking among rare plants, the fragrant lemon grove, fountains and water games, niches and obelisks. In the garden there is also a small theater with automated puppets and a small church. During the summer period, the villa also hosts theatrical and musical performances.

Around the park there is also an English-style forest that gives a further climate of peace and serenity to these places.
