Only native grapes are grown, producing typical and character wines where oenology is at the service of the raw material, the grapes, and guarantees the best possible processing of the bunches, carefully monitoring the fermentation and evolution of the wines obtained.

The vineyards are entirely organically run. Here the Verdicchio reigns supreme, surrounds the cellar with rows that extend for about 33 hectares of which it covers 85% of the vineyard area while 15% is intended for the cultivation of Montepulciano.
