The Salino Country House is a carefully renovated country house immersed in the green of the Marche hills located in Contra contrada about 3 km from its municipality of Gualdo (m. 652 above sea level), a village of medieval origin in the province of Macerata and part of the Mountain Community of the Blue Mountains. The country house was built several times from the late 1800s onwards following the expanding of the patriarchal family, according to the traditions of the agricultural world of the time. The renovations, which were completed in 2007, were carried out while maintaining the structural and environmental characteristics typical of the rural area through the recovery of materials and the use of natural products (stone, wood, terracotta, cork, etc..). The farmhouse is inserted in a slice of land of about 1 hectare, on a hilly slope that gently declines to the Salino stream, from which it takes its name, with a harmonious landscape view. The structure, equipped with every comfort, consists of a farmhouse, an annex and a swimming pool, with a capacity of 15 beds organized in a mini-apartment, a studio and four bedrooms, as well as a common area consisting of a multi-purpose lounge, a dining room and a kitchen. The large garden, parking and olive grove are part of the common services. The country-style furniture creates a rural and at the same time refined environment, transmitting to guests a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing and regenerative holiday.
