PROFILE
In 1970 Romolo and Remo planted the first vineyards, passing from the arbor, a system used at the time when the vine was married to the maple that served as a support, to the current backboard shapes, thus giving the viatic to improving quality.
In the mid-eighties, David and Stefano entered the company’s management by introducing agronomic and oenological practices aimed at further improving quality.
High-density vineyards are planted and cultural practices are introduced, such as short pruning, selection thinning and manual harvesting with further qualitative control, which have significantly increased the properties of the grapes.
In the same period and in the cellar, new technologies for winemaking are launched: soft pressing, temperature control during the production process, barriques for the maturation of wines.
