Fattoria Scagnetti was born in 1932, when grandfather Vinicio, with enormous sacrifices, bought the first 16 hectares of land.
Since then our home are the beautiful hills at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains.
Over the years, their children Ariano and Sandro and, later again, their grandchildren Francesco and Rosaria began to support them in agricultural activity, perfectly combining tradition and innovation.
Parents and children, aware of the importance of healthy and sustainable agriculture, decided in 2004 to embrace a completely organic agriculture, for a return to the origins and a greater respect for nature and traditions.
The Farm is still family-owned, today managed by the children together with their parents.
We raise Marche cattle certified by the IGP brand Vitellone Bianco of the Central Apennines, carefully selected to produce lean, tender and iron-rich meats.
Our cattle raised for the production of organic meat were born and raised by our cows, their diet from April to November is based on grass; and in the winter months the animals are put in free housing and fed exclusively with organic fodder produced by our company, respecting the rules on animal husbandry from organic farming according to the REG. EC 2092/91.
In addition, our Company is constantly controlled by Soil and Health and we are regularly certified.
First of all, ensuring the welfare of animals means protecting those who will eat the products obtained from them.
