“The tradition of Pasta has always existed in my family, handed down from grandmothers, who with the rolling pin and the wooden board, never missed an opportunity to make delicious pasta such as tagliatelle, maccheroncini, pappardelle. Since I was a child I have been fascinated by this art, for this reason I wanted to spread the tradition of pasta from the Marche hinterland in Italy. My pasta factory is located in the green countryside of San Ginesio, which has always been a place of ancient traditions and great hospitality.”
