ENRICO MAZZARONI
Enrico Mazzaroni’s cuisine, over the years, has taken on a precise imprint, to the point of becoming recognizable, pathognomonic, only of him. The innate curiosity that characterizes the Chef and his link with the territory of the Sibillini Mountains are crucial elements traceable in the current menu: a cuisine that points to the origins, which is interested in the function of the raw materials, their context, the humus which they come from.
RESTAURANT
Il Tiglio was born as an agritourism in a hamlet of Montemonaco, in the shadow of the Great Horn of the Sibilla. Enrico’s thought has evolved through many disruptive events: from the collapse of the restaurant with the 2016 earthquake to his interlude by the sea in Porto Recanati up to his conscious return to his beloved mountain.
