Ciauscolo is a soft, very tasty type of salami and a tipical product from Le Marche. During this 2-day annual festival in Sarnano dedicated to this product, there is a lot to taste and to experience. As from 11.00 in the morning there are tasting routes throughout the historic center of Sarnano. Sarnano is also one of the most beautiful medieval villages of Le Marche.
