CURETTA di SERVIGLIANO. 22nd POLENTONE FESTIVAL Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2024 in the square of the Curetta hamlet.
The Rione Paese Vecchio offers “THE TRADITIONAL POLENTONE”… Made with local flour and cut by the skilled hands of the ladies of the Rionale kitchen.
Two specialties are offered: RED with traditional meat ragù and WHITE with mushrooms, cooked ham and homemade béchamel sauce.
The culinary proposal is completed with a grill based on pork chop, sausage and side dish, chips and fried olives.
The dessert includes the famous homemade mistra’ sorbet.
Saturday 5 October from 7:30 pm (open for dinner only) and Sunday 6 October from 10:00 am until late evening (open for both lunch and dinner.)
Also available for takeaway, Saturday in Curetta from 4:00 pm and Sunday from 9:30 am with two distribution points, the first in the square of the Curetta hamlet and the second at Borgo Leopardi in Servigliano.
