Villa La Pieve is a large 250m2 villa located near the medieval town of Gualdo di Macerata, in the Marche region. The territory of the holiday home is hilly and framed by the Sibillini Mountains.

Part of this ancient farmhouse was built by our family towards the end of the 19th century and then expanded in the 1950s reaching its current size. From the beginning until the 1970s it was inhabited by a family of sharecroppers and was then left sadly abandoned.

It is from here that, at the beginning of the 2000s, a dream was born: to restore dignity and value to the sacrifices and commitment of our ancestors and bring to light a landscape and territorial treasure that deserves to be known.

Passion, family and nature are the key words. The holiday home was inaugurated in 2006 and presents itself as a combination of the initial rustic element and the modern one.
