Chef Edoardo Staffolani offers traditional Marche dishes revisited with ethro and creativity, also giving space to vegetarian and vegan dishes.
The ‘Cresciotella’, a tagliatella stuffed with game or the ‘Heart of Olive’, a reinterpretation of the classic Ascolana olive are just two of the proposals that you can only find here.
All this is accompanied by a careful selection of wines chosen by the sommelier.
