The Monterotti salami factory has specialized for years in the production of cold cuts derived from pigs bred in our uncontaminated lands of the Marche hinterland, all characterized by excellent quality.
They have been producing since the dawn of our business, more than forty years ago, hams, salami, wild boar cured meats, porchetta, loin, ciauscolo igp and other sausages so excellent that we have transformed the name of the salami factory into a synonym of a guarantee of quality and professionalism perfect seasoning. Using only natural seasoning, all the Monterotti branded products are matured following strictly the times dictated by nature that gives them the flavors that technology can never approach.
The traditional porchetta is prepared with balanced and tasty ingredients, after which it is cooked slowly in the old wood-burning oven to obtain a fragrant and low-fat product, as is the case in the production of all our other sausages: tasty yes, but always with an eye to health in such a way that you can afford these greedy whims on a daily basis
